Railistics is an independent expert consultant for international rail transport.
We have been designing rail vehicles and monitoring their construction and operation since 2001. We also evaluate rail vehicle fleets and their operational environment and forecast fleet performance. We analyse and optimise vehicle operation and maintenance for our customers.
We are a well-coordinated team of 60 specialists with extensive experience in vehicle technology, operation, commercial analyses and quality management in the railway sector.

Which tasks can you expect at our company?
- Management of and participation in German and international rail transport projects
- Monitoring of contractually compliant production of rail vehicles and supplies
- Carrying out vehicle approvals, tests and commissioning
- Evaluation of production, quality and maintenance systems
- Support during the warranty phase of rail vehicles
- Inspection and optimisation of vehicles in operation and maintenance, including accident assessments
- Takeover of further specialist topics after consultation

What do we expect from you?
- Completion of a technical degree (electrical engineering/electronics, mechanical engineering) or a technical apprenticeship
- Professional experience in the field (rolling stock, railway operations, maintenance management)
- Independent, autonomous and structured way of working in complex customer projects
- Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team as well as cross-team and process-orientated thinking
- Good knowledge of German and English, other languages welcome
